Last Lit circle

I liked the book. I liked the book because it was interesting. I learnt a lot of things about survival and Brian's life seemed very understanding. I knew how Brian felt so it made it interesting to read other wise I would feel very bored not understanding anything. It was good to learn survival skills in a fun way. No one would want to buy a five hundred page survival book. So hatchet was a pretty good one about survival.

My favorite part was when the pilot comes down at the end of the book. I liked the scenario I mean like how Brian was getting food ready from the survival pack and a rescuer comes down. That sounds very different somehow. I also giggled a little about the way Brian spoke to the man. I loved it because it was a happy ending and it was the end of the book.

I think that the message of the story was don't lose hope and stay positive. I think that because there were times where Brian lost hope and everything went bad but when Brian got his hopes up everything went good. Brian also didn't stop trying to get his parents to be together which is important in my opinion. I think stay positive because that is the main key to hope. If Brian didn't stay positive he probably wouldn't have survived.

I didn't really mind this assignment it is just the fact how long it took. This assignment was given a long time to do but yet the assignment was to long. So to improve the assignment I would make it shorter instead of three questions maybe two questions. To improve my working habits with this assignment I should have started since the first day an do a little each day as Mr.Thomas suggested. Instead I waited till Friday and did little onwards from Friday which is not a very good choice.

I would love to read The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle. As I have predicted that this book would be good it was good in my friends opinion. It was my first opinion in my choice list yet I didn't get in to it. I want to read it because it sounds like a perfect book a girl would want to read. I have heard about the ending and in my opinion I think that it would be fun to do the assignment on this book instead of Hatchet. I might borrow this book from the library.
